The easy to use HTTP request tool
REST-Explorer is an easy to use tool to query REST-based web-services or API's by using the HTTP or HTTPS protocol. It supports the methods GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, OPTIONS, TRACE, HEAD and PATCH.
A request can consist of text (JSON/XML), any kind of HTTP headers and Anonymous, Basic or Windows Authentication are supported.
Received JSON and XML data will be shown by using syntax highlighting.
The tool can be used for free, but without any guarantee or warranty.
There is no installation required to run REST-Explorer on Microsoft Windows clients and servers, as long as the classic Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.6.1 or higher is installed.

HTTP response data can be formated according to its content-type and displayed by using syntax highlighting for JSON, XML and HTML content.
HTTP request body, headers and authentication can be configured.
JSON data can be shown in a table-view which allows to export data in CSV format.
